What to watch for on this sheet
This is the easiest sheet even with six pairs, because every silhouette has one unmistakable feature: the trunk, the neck, the mane, the tail, the long snout. A good pick for a child who found another sheet frustrating.
How to use it
Print it (or save as PDF and print later), hand over one pencil, and have the child name each picture out loud before drawing the line. The naming is half the exercise: shadow matching trains visual discrimination, and saying the word attaches vocabulary to it. Free to print and photocopy for your classroom or home.
